Matthew Lance - CEO
With extensive experience working in K–12 education and school-based athletics, Matthew brings a practical, district-focused perspective to inclusive program development. He has partnered with school districts, administrators, educators, and students to design and implement Unified Champion Schools and inclusive initiatives that strengthen school culture, student leadership, and community engagement.
Matthew's work is grounded in real-world implementation—helping districts move from ideas to sustainable programs through thoughtful planning, hands-on support, and data-informed decision-making. His experience inside school systems allows him to understand district realities and support leaders in building inclusive programs that are effective, scalable, and lasting.

Matthew has taught various subjects inside and outside of the classroom during his tenure at CeHS. Language Arts, Economics, Government, Theory of Knowledge and PE. Adaptive PE for the last 15 yrs.
